Again this year The Red Deer Firefighter's Children's Charity is donating another FireOps Package. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience what our firefighters go through to keep us safe. They will tailor the package for a full day of what you want to do such as:
Putting out live fires in the burntower:
Use the Jaws of Life and cut apart some cars with their rescue equipment:
Ride up 132 Feet up in the Ariel Truck:
They will light a car (or two) on fire for you to put out:
and you can also challenge their NRAT physical test if you want!
The firefighters have been an amazing support to our foundation and of course to Lexx. We actually met Kyle (Lexx's personal firefighter as we call him) on a transport when Lexx needed a critical ride to the Calgary Children's Hospital. He's the one that organizes this whole Firefighter for a Day. Thanks Kyle!
